The company has been accepted in the mentioned organization according to the letter dated 10/11/2007 of the Exchange and Securities Organization and 5% of the company’s shares have been offered in the stock exchange on 11/14/2007. The company is governed by the amendment of the Commercial Code as well as the articles of association approved by the Extraordinary General Assembly dated 04/26/2010 of the company. The main center of the company is in Tehran and the factory is located in the special economic zone of Mahshahr port.
Sahand Rubber Industries Company was established in 1338 with the aim of rubber parts and tapes near Tehran. Lining the surfaces with matte rubber sheets became in Iran and as a supplier of the needs of light and heavy industries of the country took a great responsibility. Khark Petrochemical Company has been registered as a special joint stock company affiliated with the National Petrochemical Company under No. 11569 dated 8/4/1346 in the Companies Registration and Industrial Property Office of Tehran. The company became a public joint stock company on 21/6/1375 and was listed on the Tehran Stock Exchange on 10/26/1377. The main center of the company is located in Tehran and the production unit is located in Khark Island.
This company was established in July 1996 with the aim of attracting capital and equipping savings directly and mass production and investment in the capital market. Continuing its goals and activities, this company succeeded in obtaining a license from the Central Bank of the Islamic Republic of Iran and the Stock Exchange and Securities Organization in May 1998, and proceeded to undergo shares with the symbol “Vasakht”.
